5) Mild ink properties, no bacterial growth, and no corrosion to ceramic and metal mesh ink rollers.

6) Good light and heat resistance.

7) This product is an environmentally friendly ink wash, which has no irritating odor during the printing process, and there will be no residual odor in the printed product. It has low VOC.

3、 Basic product parameters

Resin system: Acrylic resin

Original ink viscosity: 10-50S (25 ℃, Rigosha 4 # cup)

PH value: 8.2~9.5 (25 ℃, Lutron PH-207）

Solubility: Diluted and miscible with water in any proportion

4、 Precautions

1) Before use, understand the characteristics of the water-based ink and use it specifically.

2) Before using ink, stir thoroughly and clean the machine to avoid mixing with other types of ink products. The viscosity of ink should be adjusted appropriately based on the speed of the random table.

3) If there is stickiness, foaming, or a decrease in pH value during use, it should be treated by adding purified water, pH adjusting solution, defoamer, and other methods. The remaining ink should be collected in a timely manner.

4) Ink and wash should be stored in a cool and ventilated environment to avoid overheating and freezing.

5) This product can be stored in a cool and sealed environment at 25 ℃ for 1 year, but for special metallic colors and special spot colors, please follow the shelf life label on the bucket.
